So, it’s been about a month since I’ve written. I have been working on all sorts of holiday caterings and parties, including lots of turkey dinners for this past Thanksgiving. Did you know that Dive catered the holidays?
Thanksgiving is one of our busiest catering times. We have multiple families that come back for our dinners every year. It all began, when I decided to try out my family’s traditional recipes that my mother would cook for me when I was a kid. My mother has always been an inspiration to me when it comes to food. She is the reason I seem to have this palate and passion for cooking and health that I do. So, it seemed fitting to try out a menu for our DIVE patrons.
Our menu was a brined and herbed roasted turkey, with peppercorn gravy, orange cranberry sauce, sourdough rosemary and sausage stuffing, and whipped sweet potatoes with spiced chopped pecans.
Now just think how nice it must be to not have to slave over a Turkey next year. Keep us in mind.
Now that Thanksgiving is over, December, the month of Holiday cheer, is among us. Whatever the holiday, we will be featuring a menu that will be the suitable for all. Chef Victor is making his signature Braised Brisket, we have whole Poached Salmon, the traditional Brined herbed Turkey, and all sorts of delicious sides. You can utilize this menu anytime during December.
Keep in mind, I am someone who values family. I will be letting my staff off on Christmas eve and day and new years eve and day. But until then, let us take care of your family needs.
